Here is what I am thinking..everyday we wake up there is a cloud of uncertainty in the air. You don't know if you will catch a cold, or go outside and something is going to be wrong with your car. There are so many uncertainties. You could get a call telling you that something bad has happened to someone you love, causes your world to be flipped upside down. Which brings me to what God says about uncertainty. For it was God who brought Job's name up to satan regarding all that Job had, which lent itself to the cloud of uncertainty that surrounded Job. But as The Almighty God and satan were conversing; satan told God that He knew why he hadn't been tampering with Job, and that it was because God had put a hedge of protection around him. And after that satan told God, if you let me tamper with all that he has, he would curse you. And so the bible teaches us that God told satan that all that Job he had was in his power to take, except for his life....
Allow me to say something to you....all that any of us have is in God's power to do whatever He chooses to do with it. For it was Job that said naked as I came into this world, and naked shall I leave. Everything we have is in God's power including our life. And after Job had awaken out of his state of despair, God told Job had you commanded the morning....Wow! Everything is truly the Lord's but in reading the word of God I am sold on the fact that everyday each of us wake up. We wake up to the same level of uncertainty that Job had, and the only way to move God's hand and exercise satan's defeat is to command the morning. Glory to the Living God, who is the Light of my soul. EBH
